SIP (Structural Insulated Magic Boards)

Structural insulated panels (SIPs) are high performance building panels used in floors, walls, and roofs for residential and light commercial buildings. The panels are typically made by sandwiching a core of polyurethane foam insulation between two structural skins of Fiber Cement boards. With proven history of performance since 1952, SIPs are technologically advanced and superior alternative to traditional building systems.

SIP is virtually impervious to fire, water, and insects, does not feed on molds or mildew, is non-toxic, non-flammable, non combustible, durable, maintains dimensional stability even when wet and enjoys exceptional bonding characteristics.
